All projects vary in time depending on size and requirements. Before we start the project we will discuss a timeframe along with your ideal launch date and work torwards that. If you wish to find out more specific details about the process, you can do that here.

There are a few different payment options available depending on what works best for you. Standard terms: Once we have set a date to begin your project, and signed an agreement you will receive an invoice for your 50% deposit. When the project have been completed you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50%. Payment plan: If you prefer we can tailor a payment plan according to your needs and break down the payments over a set amount of months, where the inital payment will work as a your deposit. This option is available at a 10% fee. Upfront payment: If you choose to pay upfront you will receive a 10% discount as well as priority services. The chosen payment option will all be written out in our contract.

CC CREATIVE is not VAT registered so there is no VAT to pay on the price.

Yes! Even though CC CREATIVE has it's base in London we don't want to construct ourselves and consider it to be an international business, we welcome clients from all over the world. We are used to working with different time zones, having worked with both Australia, Asia, Africa and the US for many years.

Depending on the requirements for your project there are different packages available, ranging across various price brackets. However we understand that everyone has different needs and therefor each project will be a little different. Once you've completed the 'start your project' form you will recive an inital rough quote, along with a breakdown of the different packages available in case you wish to choose one of these. During the inital stage we will discuss your current struggles, goals and specific needs, after this you will receive a final quote.

Once your project is complete and your final payment has been received, you will receive a direct download link to any files as well as get access to your site.

There is a cost for additional amendments outsite of what was outlined in the inital agreement of the project. This can be a fixed price based on the size of the work or charged at an hourly rate.

Yes! We very much understand and believe that we all should focus our energy on the things we do best and for you that is running your business, so leave the maintenance to us. This may include: performing general updates, adding or removing to your site, publishing, editing or updating content as well as blog posts, adding testimonials, updating images, revising product descriptions, adding or removing inventory, etc.
